Thidarat Yap (Ing) serves as our Villa Operations & Marketing Manager at Stone Villa, bringing over three years of experience with the company. She holds a Master’s degree from Nanjing University and is fluent in Thai, English, and native-level Chinese, enabling seamless communication across multiple markets. Ing oversees the operations and rental management of more than 60 villas, handling both long-term and short-term rentals while coordinating closely with co-agents and external partners. Her role bridges marketing and operations, ensuring that every property is efficiently managed across all sales and distribution channels. With her multilingual advantage and strong coordination skills, Ing also acts as a client representative in many situations, assisting with communication, problem-solving, and daily villa management matters. Her experience, responsiveness, and service mindset make her a key point of contact for both clients and partners, consistently delivering reliable and professional support.
