A top graduate of Prince of Songkla University, she brings strong financial expertise along with excellent proficiency in Thai, English, and Chinese. Mint is responsible for the full financial management of every villa under our care. She prepares precise monthly income and expense reports for property owners, ensuring complete transparency and clear financial visibility for each property. With deep knowledge of villa operations, Mint is highly experienced in handling property-related expenses such as utilities, maintenance fees, internet services, and other operational costs—always helping owners find the most efficient and cost-effective solutions. Beyond her accounting role, Mint’s versatility and on-camera confidence also allow her to participate as a model in some of our property media productions, reflecting the dynamic and creative nature of our team.
